The Challenge
REI Deal Systems was using a third-party reporting tool to track key client metrics like CPL, Cost to Contract, and other performance indicators across Google Ads and GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts.
While the tool helped centralize some of the data, the reports were often inaccurate or incomplete, leading to misinformed decisions, client confusion, and a lack of trust in the reporting process.
Another key challenge was scalability. As the company grew, they needed a way to quickly implement new client reports without extensive manual setup or technical effort—something their existing solution couldn’t support efficiently.
The Solution
We implemented a scalable reporting system tailored to REI Deal Systems’ needs—focusing on both data accuracy and ease of scaling.
This included properly integrating data from all their Google Ads and GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts, building a matching logic to accurately link each Google Ads account to its corresponding GHL account, and deploying a live-updating dashboard. This dashboard enables the team to monitor key client metrics in real time—supporting effective campaign optimization.
We also built a modular framework that makes it easy to add or remove clients with minimal effort, allowing the team to stay focused on what matters most: scaling their business.
