As the business grew and they began working with a wide range of local partners — including fitness studios, restaurants, bars, and other experience providers — Stag & Hen struggled to efficiently manage customer inquiries (form submissions) related to those experiences.
Another challenge was ensuring that a detailed email containing customer information was automatically sent to the correct partner when a form was submitted for an experience they were hosting.
The Solution
We implemented an automation that is triggered each time a new customer inquiry is submitted on the website. Using a Google Sheet that matches each experience listed on the site with the corresponding partner’s email, the system adds a new record to the CRM and forwards a detailed email with the customer’s information to the appropriate partner.
